Central Heating - Our accommodations are very warm and cosy and the central heating is included in our price for the normal requirement of 6.5 hours per day. We are happy to accommodate any additional heating requirements outside the normal but would have to make a charge of £1.50p per hours.
Open Fires - We have either open fires or a log burner in our cottages and can provide coal & logs at a cost of £15.
Cleaning service - There is a cleaning service available to help you leave the cottages/barn as you found it, at a cost of £25.
Disability and Special needs - The Ancestral Barn has a downstairs bedroom adapted to accommodate a walking disabled person who would benefit from points of fixtures, and fittings to aid balance.
The shower has a support rail, fixed seat, detachable showerhead thermostatic mixer and soap dish.
The toilet has a seat height raiser, hinged rail and horizontal support rail. There are no steps from the bedroom into the shower or toilet area.
Arrival & departure times - Our normal arrival time is after 3.00pm and departure time on your day of departure is 10.00am.
Cancellations - Should it be necessary to cancel your holiday, we should be informed without delay. Every endeavour will be made to relet the accommodation, but, should this prove impossible, we will reserve the right to be reimbursed for any loss. We strongly recommend cancellation insurance.
